PERSONAL GOALS

I am based in London and train in Richmond Park. My current training regime is between 20-24 hours per week with a rest day on Fridays. Swimming is my favourite discipline followed by running and then cycling. I have .completed several 10k, half-marathons and 70.3 races and plan to complete my first 140.6 full IM race in 2021. I have some other goals like running a sub 3hr 20min marathon, swimming 3.8km in 60 minutes and getting my FTP up to 300 watts.
