PERSONAL GOALS

I am based in London and train in Richmond Park. My current training regime is between 20-24 hours per week with a rest day on Fridays. Swimming is my favourite discipline followed by running and then cycling. I have .completed several 10k, half-marathons and 70.3 races and completed Ironman Kona in 2022 and Challenge Roth in 2024. I ran London Marathon in 2hrs 57m in 2023 and just have a PB for a full Distance Triathlon of 10hrs 11mins.
