I am a Triathlete that just happens to have Autism, and I am going to be awesome. My training schedule is like any Age-Group or Elite Triathlete where I train between 20-24 hours per week. Being a Triathlete is the greatest job in the world as I get an opportunity to do something I enjoy, travel to new venues and meet other athletes.
COMPETITIONS & EVENTS
LEEDS TRIATHLON
June 16th 2019
Leeds is part of the World Triathlon Series. I participated in the Olympic distance (Swim 1.5k, Bike 40k, Run 10k). The swim started at 07:00 which meant I had to be at Roundhay Park before 06:00. The hardest thing is not being able to sleep the night before. I finished 11/46 in my age-group in a time of 2 hours 39 minutes.
LONDON DUATHLON
September 2019
The London Duathlon took place n Richmond Park in September. It's in my backyard and where I train most days of the week. I am looking forward to this race in 2020.
FIRST IRONMAN IN CASCAIS PORTUGAL
September 2019
This is my first Ironman event in Portugal. I hoping to compete again in 2020 with a sub 4 hours 30 minutes time.
